By creating an account or using Rolecrate, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
The service
Rolecrate provides career-profile, opportunity, resume, application-preparation, recruiter, and integration tools. Features may use AI to organize or draft content. Rolecrate does not guarantee employment, candidate availability, interview outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party job listings.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you store or transmit. Review AI-generated summaries, resumes, cover notes, compensation guidance, and application data before using them. Do not add unsupported claims, impersonate others, bypass access controls, scrape prohibited sources, or use Rolecrate to send data without an appropriate right or consent.
Integrations and authorization
Connected agents act only within the permissions and tools Rolecrate exposes. You remain responsible for approving meaningful writes and for any final application, message, upload, or submission. Developer tokens are secrets: protect and rotate them if exposed.
Accounts and plans
Keep your account secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms shown at purchase and can be cancelled through billing controls. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms.
Acceptable use and enforcement
Do not use Rolecrate to scrape people or prohibited sources, collect or expose candidate data without a lawful basis, probe or bypass security controls, evade quotas or plan limits, overwhelm the service with automation, misrepresent job listings, or use job-seeker tools as a general-purpose scraping service. We may limit writes, revoke integrations, suspend, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe activity threatens users, third parties, or the service. Where practical, enforcement is proportionate and reviewable; serious or repeated abuse may require immediate action.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Rolecrate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, third-party listing changes, or decisions made from AI-generated content. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
